Catalyst specializes in acquiring and enhancing thermal power assets by integrating renewable generation and storage solutions. In 2024, it formed a strategic partnership with JERA Nex — backed by JERA, the largest power producer in Japan — to jointly develop, build, own, and operate clean energy assets globally.
